Cl-ear Express Ear Spray is a fast and effective way to treat problem ear wax, in an ergonomically designed, easy to use spray. The active ingredient, hydrogen peroxide works by releasing oxygen, which breaks the ear wax down into smaller fragments that are easier to remove. It may also prevent the need for syringing. The expert formulation maintains the physiological pH of the ear canal, ensuring optimal conditions for ear health and is also oil free to prevent sticky residue. Used regularly, Clear Express Ear Spray can also help prevent the build-up of hardened ear wax.
When to Use:
Use when you have hardened or stubborn ear wax that needs removing quickly and effectively. Or use once a week to help prevent ear wax build up.

Adults, the elderly and children from 3 years (note children should receive a medical diagnosis before using to confirm ear wax is present).

How Cl-ear Express Ear Spray works
Cl-ear Express Ear Spray is oil-free
The product drains away without leaving unpleasant oily residues. Unlike sea water and other saline solutions, Cl-ear Express Ear Spray helps to maintain the physiological pH of the ear.
How to Use:
Cl-ear Express Ear Spray is applied using an ear dispensing device specially designed for use in the external ear canal.
If you use hearing aids, you must remove them before using Cl-ear Express Ear Spray
Before using Cl-ear Express Ear Spray, assemble the ear dispensing device with the bottle by exerting slight pressure.
➤ Before each use, spray repeatedly out of the external ear canal, until the liquid comes out.
➤ Tilt the head so that affected ear faces upward and gently pull the ear backwards.
➤ Place the ear dispensing device in the external ear canal, with particular care in children below 9 years*, and press it (to know the dosage, see the next section How often to use CL-EAR Express Ear Spray). Keep the head tilted for about 2 minutes.
➤ Turn the head in the opposite direction to allow the liquid to drain and dry holding a clean tissue.
➤ Clean the ear dispensing device with water and dry it. Keep it for future applications.

The schedule of administration varies if Cl-ear Express Ear Spray is used to treat an already formed earwax blockage, or if you want to prevent its formation. Children from 3 to 9 years old have a smaller external ear canal and they need a smaller quantity of liquid.
Do not worry if you use too much Cl-ear Express Ear Spray. Simply wipe away any surplus running from the ear with a tissue.

How do Cl-ear Express Ear Drops work?Cl-ear Express Ear Drops contain Glycerol to gently soften the wax, and Urea Hydrogen Peroxide, which releases oxygen to break up earwax, making it easier to remove. As the earwax begins to soften, before it is removed, it can begin to swell slightly, which might give a feeling of fullness in the ear, temporarily affect hearing, and occasionally, can cause slight dizziness or affect balance. A temporary bubbling sensation may occur. Should these symptoms persist or worsen, or if you experience any other side effects or burning, stop using Cl-ear Express Ear Drops and seek advice from your doctor or pharmacist.

How to use Cl-ear Express Ear Drops• Tilt your head to one side and squeeze the bottle to drop 3-6 drops of Cl-ear Express Ear Drops in the ear. • Keep your head tilted for a few minutes to allow the drops to soak into the earwax. • Keep the drops in the ear for a few minutes, rinse with lukewarm water to remove the remaining earwax. • Wipe away any excess drops from the outer ear using tissue or cotton wool. • Repeat once or twice daily for the removal of earwax, or once a week to help prevent the earwax build up. • Treatment usually takes 3-6 days, after which an improvement should be noticed. When should you not use Cl-ear Express Ear Drops?Do not use Cl-ear Express Ear Drops if: • your ear drum has been damaged or perforated, you have an infection or any problems with your ears (eczema, itching sensation, dermatitis and any other local cutaneous (skin) problem). • you are sensitive to any ingredients listed on the carton or label. If you are using any other medication in the ear, please ask your doctor or pharmacist before using Cl-ear Express Ear Drops.
